As Director of Marketing for Lance Camper, I was responsible for the brand. In the two years I was with the firm, a new website, ad campaign, social media program and a HDTV infomercial were produced.
Key to the success of the website was advance SEO distinct to every page. The hybrid site combined dynamic PHP pages along with an embedded instance of WordPress to show updated content to the search engines. Linking videos through YouTube also assisted in the Lance / Google relationship.
In early 2013 the social medial program was launched. It had under 1000 followers. The proper media channels were identified and included in the business model. In less than one year almost 7500 followers had joined.
Beyond the projects – bounce rate was low, length of stay on the site was high, the target demo was expanding downward, and generated leads grew dramatically. In fact, Lance was leading the industry averages during the financial comeback in 2013.
The final project was the production of a professional infomercial. Hollywood professionals were hired – lighting, sound, grip and a DP/Camera man with the famed “RED” HD 4K camera. Talent was hired and I Directed the script I wrote and oversaw every aspect of post production. The final version is in HD with 5.1 surround sound.
